1. What kind of products you are supplying?

We manufacture, market and distribute high quality intermediates which are widely used in the Pharmaceutical, agrochemical, electronic
chemical industries and research laboratories.

2. What quantity you can supply?

We can supply quantity from grams, kilograms and tons. Some of our products are produced in commercial lots, we can supply metric tons
lots; if you only need kilos, we can produce in our kilo labs. We produce hundreds of advanced intermediates in lab scale, the quantity can
be from grams to kilos. We can also expand our capacity from lab scale to pilot scale and commercial lots based on customer's request.

3. Who will be your customers?

Most of our customers are multi-national distributors, pharmaceutical companies; and chemical reagent companies all over the world.

4. Can you develop new items?

Yes, we are strong at developing new items. If you can not find a suitable supplier to develop new items for your specific inquiry, maybe
you can let us know. We are sure you will receive a satisfactory reply from us.

5. How many days you will wait for a response?

If the items are our regular products or we have ever produced, we normally respond within one day; if it is a new item, we normally need
one week for a response; if we can not supply the item you inquired, we will response immediately.

6. How do I order?

Please send  inquiry to us either by email or by fax, we will offer our best price to you soon, after negotiation the price, delivery time and
payment terms, please send a formal purchase order to us either by email or by fax. We will arrange the production and shipment asap.

7. How about the shipment?

We will ship the ordered products to customers by air or by sea. We will strictly follow the IATA regulations and sea shipment regulations, and
we will guarantee to ship our products in legal way. Certainly we can also send the goods or samples by air courier ( Fedex ).
